Highlights

Charlotte Nickerson is a Harvard graduate and cognitive engineer whose writing covers social psychology, relationships, and emotional intelligence. She holds an AB in Electrical Engineering and History from Harvard College and is completing a Master’s in Cognitive Engineering at ENSC (École Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique), with a focus on human factors, behavioural systems, and robotics.

During her time at Harvard, Charlotte co-authored published research in cognitive psychology, led an ethnographic research project examining social isolation in elderly populations, and worked as a researcher in two Harvard laboratories. She contributed over 100 articles to Simply Psychology and Simply Sociology between 2021 and 2024.

She is currently working in UX at AmyConnects, a behavioural infrastructure platform focused on social retention and adult loneliness, and organises technology forums in Paris convening founders, policymakers, and researchers around European AI sovereignty and digital infrastructure.
